Principal designers Laura Michaels and Ondine Karady long-time east enders, bring a wealth of design experience to each project. This dynamic duo is well-versed in construction materials and applications; they design beautiful, livable spaces, personally crafted for your lifestyle, using the best local craftspeople, construction companies, and artisans in the area. By working with these artisans, they are able to bridge original and unique designs with eclectic, well-crafted furnishings.

Laura is a New York based designer who spent summers as a child on her grandfathers fishing boat in Montauk. She returned with her family in the late 90s and and now calls Montauk her home.  Within her designs, her focus lies on considering the space, proportions, light and material. She believes the most beautiful spaces are decorated over time and lovingly lived in. She is pragmatic and problem solving as she sources objects and materials that harmonize with the space and function well with an eye towards what it means to be modern today.

Ondine is an internationally recognized designer with clients across the country. She was a finalist on Bravo's Top Design and her work has been featured in Elle Decor, House Beautiful, The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, The Washington Post, New York Magazine and Better Homes and Gardens. She began her career as a Set Decorator for film and television, which included working on the iconic sets of HBO's "Sex and the City."
